It was an amazing time on Monhegan Island celebrating the energy medicine mandala, our sacred connection to nature ,the goddess sarasvati, the chickadee and the seed of Life. I met amazing energy healers and the souls of 11 other beautiful women. We were lucky to have the best weather in September. Every morning I would get up to walk to Lobster Cove to await the morning sun! To sit in silence while listening to the seagulls and ocean waves hit the rocks, and then to be greeted by the sunrise was addicting! To be able to share the sounds of the cello and it’s healing powers with my new friends put the icing on the cake. I look forward to many more retreats like this! But this one will remain in my memory!
