This is the second year I have been able to attend this retreat with my energy colleagues. I feel so blessed and honored to provide the cello tonal sound vibrations for this week of healing and restoration! Here are some beautiful photos from the retreat.

Nicolo completed his book 1! Well Done!

I have been working on learning the Donna Eden energy medicine techniques and reading about Chinese medicine for balancing the body energy and increasing the immune system. A group of beautiful people who are all learning about these techniques get together once a month to work with our mentor and teacher Susan Shanley .

Terry and I did a sound bath at the Transformation center in Westport Conn. To feel the vibrations from the Alchemy Crystal Bowls combined with Cello tonal vibrations and Terry’s beautiful vocal tones will restore the body, mind and spirit!

It’s special place Tripp Lake. My Neighbors on Tripp Lake host a Yoga weekend. How grateful I am to be included in this event! Providing music for Yoga! We made a heart for our heart chakra!
